Montgomery home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Montgomery rose by $126,500 while total sales increased by 111.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $502,500 - a 33.6% increase over the $376,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Montgomery in September 2020.
