The third quarter of 2021: Lockland experienced a 42.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Lockland rose by $35,500 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,500 - a 42.3% increase over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lockland in the third quarter of 2020.
