Home prices increased in Arlington Heights during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Arlington Heights rose by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,500 - a 45.3% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Arlington Heights in the third quarter of 2020.
