Median home prices in St. Bernard rose to $125,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in St. Bernard rose by $40,500 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 47.9% increase over the $84,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in St. Bernard in the third quarter of 2020.
