Mount Healthy Heights median home prices fell by 13.4% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Mount Healthy Heights fell by $20,250 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,500 - a 13.4% decrease over the $150,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the third quarter of 2020.
