Cheviot home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Cheviot rose by $7,500 while total sales increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Cheviot in the third quarter of 2020.
