The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in North College Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in North College Hill rose by $24,115 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 21% increase over the $114,885 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in North College Hill in the third quarter of 2020.
