Home prices decreased in Newtown during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Newtown fell by $55,500 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,500 - a 24.7% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Newtown in the third quarter of 2020.
