Mount Healthy median home prices rose by 66.7% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Mount Healthy rose by $68,000 while total sales increased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 66.7% increase over the $102,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the third quarter of 2020.
