How did home prices perform in Springdale during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Springdale rose by $13,250 while total sales increased by 68%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,250 - a 8.4% increase over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Springdale in the third quarter of 2020.
