Dillonvale home prices fell in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Dillonvale fell by $10,100 while total sales decreased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,900 - a 5.5% decrease over the $183,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Dillonvale in the third quarter of 2020.
