Pricing for the median home in Springfield Township increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Springfield Township rose by $19,900 while total sales increased by 35.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 141 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,900 - a 12.8% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Springfield Township in the third quarter of 2020.
