What happened to the median home price in Cincinnati during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $40,850 while total sales increased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 1,308 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,850 - a 27.2% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,125 homes sold in Cincinnati in the third quarter of 2020.
