Silverton median home prices rose by 20.5% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Silverton rose by $34,000 while total sales increased by 78.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 20.5% increase over the $166,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Silverton in the third quarter of 2020.
