Fairfax home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Fairfax rose by $91,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,500 - a 78.2% increase over the $117,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Fairfax in the third quarter of 2020.
