Pricing for the median home in Sharonville increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Sharonville rose by $17,305 while total sales increased by 43.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,305 - a 8.9% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Sharonville in the third quarter of 2020.
