Wyoming home prices fell in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Wyoming fell by $42,500 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,000 - a 12% decrease over the $355,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Wyoming in the third quarter of 2020.
