Rising home prices in Symmes Township in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Symmes Township rose by $27,450 while total sales increased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,450 - a 7% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Symmes Township in the third quarter of 2020.
