How did home prices perform in Montgomery during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Montgomery rose by $115,100 while total sales increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $545,000 - a 26.8% increase over the $429,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Montgomery in the third quarter of 2020.
