On Oct. 12, Bsfr II Owner I LLC purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 885 Suncreek Court, Delhi Township from Joshua and Mary Beth Hunter for $187,000.

This home last sold on June 18, 2018 for $118,000.

So far in October 2021, three properties sold in Delhi Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Mary Beth Hunter has been registered to vote since 2014. Joshua Lyle Hunter has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
