On Oct. 6, MacKenzie Sydney Williams and Diamonte Martinez Isome purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1623 Llanfair Ave., Cincinnati from M3 Holdings Group LLC for $205,000.

This home last sold for $20,000 on March 2, 2020.

So far in October 2021, 131 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1623 Llanfair Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Niasha Mikosa Thomas, 29, Tiana Marie Whitehead, 29, Donicoe S Amison, 26, and Kathryn Eshelle Whitehead, 53.
