The last time this home sold was May 18, 2010. It last sold for $39,900.

So far in October 2021, 131 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Ryan Albert Latscha has been registered to vote since 2002.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 133 Huey Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kristin Michelle Latscha, 35, and Ryan Albert Latscha, 38.
