On Oct. 13, Kuochu LI purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2911 Highland Ave., Cincinnati from David Darwiche for $190,000.

The last time this home sold was June 27, 2017. It last sold for $78,000.

So far in October 2021, 131 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2911 Highland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Adam Ali Darwiche, 25, and Isaiah Noel, 25.
