On Oct. 14, ML Ohio Properties LLC purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 292 Johnson St., Columbus from Lucita R. and Robert P. Ferris for $130,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $718.82, 0.55% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 223 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 292 Johnson St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Delonio R Sykes, 48, Leroy D White, 63, and Sheila a Kesman, 40.
