On Oct. 13, Aux Funding LLC purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 12199 Benadir Road, Springdale from Shirley Foster for $170,000.

This home last sold for $65,000 on Nov. 19, 2008.

So far in October 2021, eight properties sold in Springdale.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Shirley Foster has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 12199 Benadir Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Juanita K Foster, 39, and Shirley Foster, 57.
