The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1924 Knollridge Lane, N. College Hill was sold on Oct. 15 by Peter J. and Marilyn K. Tunnat for $167,500. The buyer was Alexander T Okeefe.

This home last sold on Dec. 13, 2016 for $79,900.

So far in October 2021, seven properties sold in North College Hill.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Marilyn Kay Tunnat has been registered to vote since 2013. Peter Jeffery Tunnat has been registered to vote since 2013.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
