September 2021: Ross experienced a 7.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Ross fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 53.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 7.5% decrease over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Ross in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Ross for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,802, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
