Home prices increased in St. Clair during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in St. Clair rose by $8,150 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,900 - a 6.2% increase over the $131,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in St. Clair in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Clair for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,464, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
