Trenton median home prices rose by 19.1% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Trenton rose by $32,100 while total sales increased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 19.1% increase over the $167,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Trenton in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Trenton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,123, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
