Madison Township home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Madison Township rose by $30,250 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,500 - a 16.8% increase over the $180,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Madison Township in the third quarter of 2020.
