The third quarter of 2021: Milford experienced a 5.4% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Milford fell by $13,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,000 - a 5.4% decrease over the $241,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Milford in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Milford for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,072, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
