Home prices decreased in Ross during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Ross fell by $3,100 while total sales decreased by 39.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,900 - a 1.2% decrease over the $251,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Ross in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Ross for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,802, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
