Median home prices in Monroe rose to $256,576 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Monroe rose by $36,576 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,576 - a 16.6% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Monroe in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Monroe for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,745, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
