On Oct. 18, Bpl Holdings LLC sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2020 Endovalley Drive, Anderson Township to Timothy and Alyssa Stickley for $405,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 15, 2021. It last sold for $120,000.

So far in October 2021, 45 properties sold in Anderson Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 2020 Endovalley Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Betsy Ann Butcher, 24, John S Butcher, 62, Hailey Butcher, 29, and Megan E Miller, 28.
