In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $1,878.11, which is 1.71% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Oval City as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2924 William St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christopher S Pless, 53, and Renee Joy Pless, 51.
