On Oct. 25, S & S Investments of Central Ohio LLC sold their commercial property at 1641 Sullivant Ave., Columbus to Oakbourne Properties LLC for $300,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $2,882.60, which is 0.96% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 342 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were eight registered voters residing at 1641 Sullivant Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Fredann Elizabeth Reese, 44, Matthew R Robison, 32, Anthony Michael Rossetti, 52, Keith Dodge, 64, Amy M Neighborgall, 52, Barry R Spranger, 62, Larry a Rathburn, 60, and Jeanette Ann Maxey, 54.
