On Oct. 22, Maurice and Anastasia Tarpeh Ellis Ellis purchased a four bedroom, one bathroom home at 3627 Ravenwood Ave., Cincinnati from Alfred L. Perry III for $275,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 12, 2020. It last sold for $120,000.
