Home prices increased in Alliance during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Alliance rose by $26,300 while total sales decreased by 27.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 35.7% increase over the $73,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Alliance in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
