Middleburg Heights median home prices rose by 7% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Middleburg Heights rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 7% increase over the $184,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in the third quarter of 2020.
