North Royalton home prices fell in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in North Royalton fell by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 8.5% decrease over the $229,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in North Royalton in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Royalton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,852, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
