The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Moreland Hills fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Moreland Hills fell by $72,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $362,500 - a 16.6% decrease over the $434,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Moreland Hills in the third quarter of 2020.
