So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Pleasant Plain as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 9807 Morrow-Woodville Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kelly Marie Sferra, 34, and Vincent Anthony Sferra, 36.
