On Oct. 21, Johnathan Reynolds purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1010 Wilson Ave., Columbus from Olamide and Omolara Dairo, Bolanle Omilabu and Ini Ukporo for $305,700.

This home last sold for $100,000 on Jan. 29, 2020.

So far in October 2021, 549 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1010 Wilson Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert William Smitty Smith, 43, Karen Diadra Lynn Bingaman, 39, Lori Christine Congdon, 21, and Joseph Michael Bingaman, 42.
