This home last sold for $165,000 on June 15, 2021.

So far in October 2021, 26 properties sold in Norwood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 1907 Mentor Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carly Anne Johnson, 25, Della Madeleine Pennachi, 25, Katherine E Wilcher, 25, Regan Eileen Dewitt, 25, and Alondra J Hoyos, 25.
