On Oct. 28, Bricks & Mortar Rental Properties sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 5296 Sidney Road, Covedale to Carl and Lisa Hamilton for $134,000.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 18, 2009. It last sold for $30,000.

So far in October 2021, five properties sold in Covedale.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Carl Neal Hamilton has been registered to vote since 2000. Lisa Hamilton has been registered to vote since 1996.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
