Median home prices in Independence fell to $185,000 in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Independence fell by $100,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 35.1% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Independence in October 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Independence for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,487, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
