October 2021: Strongsville experienced a 10.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Strongsville fell by $28,725 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,275 - a 10.5% decrease over the $273,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Strongsville in October 2020.
