On Nov. 1, Kenneth Collins sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 6568 Graf Drive, Cincinnati to Dorothy Fayard for $167,000.

So far in November 2021, 28 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kenneth James Collins has been registered to vote since 2004. Kenneth John Collins has been registered to vote since 1994.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6568 Graf Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kenneth James Collins, 36, Kenneth John Collins, 70, and Patricia S Collins, 62.
