On Nov. 3, Ronald Anderson and Montae Lashun Dickson sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1810 Kelton Ave., Columbus to Kijuanna Russ for $165,000.

So far in November 2021, 83 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Montae L Dickson has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1810 Kelton Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kiara Yvonne Lowe, 27, Montae L Dickson, 49, and Ronald Charles Anderson, 51.
