On Nov. 10, Rosa-Martinez Juan A. sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 9039 Orangewood Drive, Northbrook to Yanitza Rosa and Ada J. Martinez for $140,000.

This home last sold on July 5, 2017 for $89,500.

So far in November 2021, eight properties sold in Northbrook.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 9039 Orangewood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Juan Alberto Rosa Martinez, 33, Angelica Raquel Herrera, 30, Agustina Flores Bones, 80, and Marcus Shearer, 42.
